- No — complimentary for any active SooTransfer guest (booked or scheduled). We only invoice the actual third-party costs (restaurant deposits, helicopter fare, doctor consultation, etc.).
- How fast is the response?
- 15 minutes off-hours, 5 minutes during 08:00–22:00. For genuine emergencies (medical), under 2 minutes.
- What if the request is impossible?
- We tell you honestly. If something cannot be booked (fully-sold concert, medical specialty we don't know), we say so and recommend the best alternative.
- Do you handle business / corporate concierge?
- Yes — corporate accounts get a dedicated concierge contact who knows your team. Meeting room bookings, on-site catering, last-minute equipment rental all handled.
