Step 1: Disembark + passport control
Follow the "Arrivals" signs from your jet bridge. International arrivals process takes 10-25 minutes depending on flight density. EU/UK/US passports use the "All Passports" lane; some periods have a dedicated visa-free fast lane. Have your passport and (if applicable) your printed e-Visa or visa-on-arrival receipt ready.
Step 2: Baggage claim
Baggage typically takes 20-35 minutes from landing. Trolleys are free. If your luggage doesn't appear, head to the airline service desk at the back of the baggage hall — they file the lost-bag report and arrange delivery to your hotel.
Step 3: Customs (green vs red)
Most tourists walk through the green channel (nothing to declare). The red channel is for declarable goods: cash over €10,000, weapons, antiquities, multiple bottles of premium spirits, large quantities of tobacco.
Step 4: Meet your driver
Walk through the international arrivals exit into the meet-and-greet hall. Your SooTransfer driver waits in the dedicated zone (left side as you exit), holding a printed sign with your name. The driver leads you to the Mercedes in covered pickup parking — 2-min walk.
Step 5: Drive to your hotel
Sit back, enjoy the Wi-Fi and bottled water, watch Antalya pass by. Driver knows your hotel and the fastest route based on time of day. Door-to-door drop-off at the hotel main entrance.
