- How do I claim the price-match?
- Send the competitor URL (with the lower published rate) via WhatsApp +90 551 464 26 32. We verify it within 5 minutes during business hours. If it qualifies, the price-match plus 5% discount is applied to your booking immediately.
- What is the qualifying competitor list?
- Any TÜRSAB-licensed Antalya operator with a public, bookable rate for the same route, vehicle category, and pickup time as your request. We also match brand-name international platforms (welcomepickups, kiwitaxi, getransfer, suntransfers) that show a fixed price for the identical service.
- What does NOT qualify?
- Shared shuttles. Variable-meter taxis. "Quote on request" providers. Unlicensed Facebook/Instagram operators. Prices already including a promo / discount code. Last-minute (under 6 hours) bookings where the competitor cannot guarantee dispatch.
- Do I have to pay anything up-front?
- No. The price-match (matched price minus 5%) is applied to the bill paid to the driver after the ride. No deposit, no card pre-auth.
- Will I get the same vehicle quality?
- Yes — every match is on the same vehicle category (Eco Van vs Eco Van, Vito vs Vito) or better. If the competitor offers a standard car, we may upgrade you to V-Class at the same price.
- How long is the price-match valid?
- The matched quote is locked in at booking. If the competitor raises their price later, you keep the matched rate.
