Are SooTransfer drivers background-checked?

Direct answer

Yes — every SooTransfer driver passes three checks before joining: Turkish national police clearance (no criminal record), TÜRSAB tourist-driver licence verification (separate from standard driving licence), and our own 5-year employment history check. Drivers are re-checked annually.

Driver standards

Minimum 5 years professional driving experience
TÜRSAB tourist-driver licence (advanced category)
Annual police clearance
Mandatory passenger-service training (Turkish Ministry of Tourism)
Speaks at least English; many also German / Russian / Turkish native
