What we need from you
- Flight number (e.g. PC 1287) and date
- Hotel name and location
- Number of passengers and ages of any children
- Phone number (so we can WhatsApp the driver details)
- Return-transfer date if you want both legs booked together
What you get back
A confirmation message with the fixed EUR price, our terms, and a placeholder for the driver details. 12 hours before your flight we send the driver's name, phone number and Mercedes plate. On the day, the driver waits in arrivals with a printed sign.
