How flight tracking works
When you book, we save your flight number. Our dispatch system queries the FlightAware database every 10 minutes. As soon as your inbound aircraft passes the Mediterranean hand-off point, we notify your driver to leave for the airport — usually 20-25 minutes before you land.
What about extreme delays?
If your flight is delayed by 6+ hours we swap drivers (8-hour shift limit). The new driver is notified before you land and has your name sign ready. No action needed from you.
