Pricing tiers
Accessible transfers start from €90 — the ramped Vito, mobility-aid handling and trained driver are included. The wheelchair-lift Sprinter (motorised lift, secured tie-down points) adds €70 for the equipment, so lift transfers start from €160.

Is the wheelchair transfer the same price as standard?
Accessible transfers start from €90 — slightly above the standard fare, covering the ramp-equipped Vito, extra transfer time and the trained driver. The motorised-lift Sprinter adds €70 for the equipment (from €160).
What about my powerchair — can you transport it?
Yes — for powerchairs over 80 kg or with non-removable batteries, we book the wheelchair-lift Sprinter. Tell us chair model and weight at booking; the lift Sprinter needs 24h to dispatch from our partner depot.
Can my service dog ride with me?
Always. Guide dogs, hearing dogs, emotional-support animals all welcome at no extra cost. Tell us when booking so the driver brings a clean blanket for the floor.
Do you provide oxygen?
We carry your oxygen cylinder safely and securely. We don't supply oxygen; bring your own (Turkish customs requires you to clear it through the green channel at AYT).
Will the driver help me transfer from chair to seat?
Drivers are trained in safe transfer techniques and willing to assist if you ask. They will not lift you against your wishes. If you have a personal assistant traveling, they sit beside you.
