Every driver is a direct employee (not a sub-contracted marketplace driver), every vehicle is licensed for tourist transport, and every transfer is fully insured. Many "transfer" sites you find on Google are unlicensed marketplaces — check for a TÜRSAB number before you book.

What TÜRSAB D-12490 means

TÜRSAB is the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies. A D-class licence (D-12490 in our case) authorises a company to operate inbound tourist transport in Turkey. The licence requires proof of insurance, vehicle inspection, driver background checks, and a registered business address.
