Yes. Every SooTransfer driver speaks functional English (sufficient for pickup logistics, route discussion and emergency communication). Russian-speaking and German-speaking drivers are available on request at no extra cost — tell us your preference at booking. Turkish-native drivers are the default. Approximately 30% of our drivers are bilingual or trilingual.
If you request a Russian or German speaker, we guarantee a matched driver. If our matching driver is unavailable on your date, we notify you 24h ahead and propose an alternative — or apologise and downgrade to an English-only driver with a €5 ride credit.
