What to tell us at booking
Type of disability, mobility aid (cane, walker, manual chair, electric chair), service animal if any, any communication needs (sign language, lip-reading, audio descriptions). The more we know, the better the driver can prepare.
Communication support
For deaf passengers we provide a written greeting card with the driver's name, plate and route. For blind passengers we provide audio descriptions of the route in your language. For non-verbal autism support, we coordinate with you about route stops and sensory comfort.
