We operate a transparent dispatch system: every driver sees every available ride, the algorithm picks based on proximity and rating, and tips go 100% to the driver. Above-average earnings
Top 25% of our drivers earn 35–55% above the Antalya market average. Comes from higher volume, premium routes, and our no-surge no-discount pricing.
Transparent dispatch
Algorithm picks rides by proximity + rating, not by favouritism. Drivers see the same queue we do.
Fair tip policy
Tips go 100% to the driver. We do not take a cut, we do not pool, we do not redistribute. Cash or card.
Own-vehicle program
Bring your own E-Class, Vito or V-Class. We dispatch you the same as employed fleet. 18% commission on rides.
Employed fleet
Salaried option with company-provided vehicle, fuel and insurance. Hours flexible (full-time 40h / part-time 20h).
Languages welcome
English, Russian, German, Polish, Turkish, French — multilingual drivers earn a 12% bonus on rides where the dispatcher matches the language.
