Round-trip private Mercedes transfer from Delphin Imperial (Lara) to Chimera Eternal Flames. 73 km, about 73 minutes each way, €60 with 4 hours of waiting time at the site. Driver lobby pickup, return on your call.
Chimera (Yanartaş) is a natural methane-vent phenomenon on the slopes of Mount Olympos — dozens of small flames burn continuously through cracks in the rock, fed by underground gas seepage. The ancient Greeks built a temple to Hephaestus here, believing the fire-breathing Chimera monster lived in the mountain. Best visited after dark when the flames are dramatic; the 30-min uphill walk from the car park is manageable for all ages with a torch.
Round-trip including up to 4 hours waiting time at Chimera Eternal Flames costs around €60 in a Mercedes E-Class. Larger vehicles (Vito, V-Class) are quoted on request.
About 73 minutes one-way (73 km). We pre-leave 15 min before any time-sensitive event (opera show, dawn opening) to absorb traffic.
