Feasibility
In off-peak months (Oct-May): 92% of last-minute requests are accepted within 15 minutes. In peak season (June-Sept): 65% acceptance for E-Class, 35% for V-Class. Saturday turnover days in July-August are the only time we may decline.
Price impact
No surge for last-minute in off-peak. In peak summer, surge can apply (1.2-1.4x) depending on driver availability at the exact pickup time.
Vehicle availability
E-Class and Vito are usually available even at the last minute. V-Class and Maybach require 24-hour notice for guaranteed allocation.
