Russian travellers have been the largest single tourist group in Antalya for two decades. We learned to operate around their preferences — and a few specific complaints reshaped how we work.
Love: long beach time
Russian families spend 6-8 hours a day at the beach in summer. Belek and Kemer's long shaded sand stretches are the gold standard — we route most of our family Vito bookings to these.
Love: all-inclusive food density
A 5-star Turkish all-inclusive is one of the world's best-value food experiences. Our drivers know not to suggest off-property dinners unless asked — most guests prefer the hotel buffet.
Love: Russian-speaking drivers
40% of our drivers speak working Russian. Tell us at booking — there is no extra cost and we usually have one available within 15 km.
Complaint: late-arrival uncertainty
Charter flights into AYT from Moscow / SPb often arrive at 02:00-04:00 with multiple delays. Years ago we received many "where is the driver?" calls. We solved it with live flight-tracking — the driver is now there before the wheels touch.
Complaint: hidden fees on day tours
Big-bus operators historically added "shopping stops" and "guide tips" mid-tour. We publish a single all-in price; no shopping detours, no envelope at the end.
