- Wheelchair lift Sprinter: free, but needs 24h advance booking
- Service dogs: welcome on every vehicle, no fee
Yes. Standard folded wheelchairs fit in the boot of any Mercedes. For wheelchair-bound passengers who cannot transfer to a seat, we have Sprinter vehicles with hydraulic lift access — book 24 hours ahead for these. Service dogs are welcome on all vehicles.
