This Privacy Policy describes how SooTransfer collects, uses and protects information you provide when booking an airport transfer.

1. Data we collect

When you submit a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers, vehicle type and any optional notes such as flight number or child seat needs.

2. Why we use it

We use this information solely to (a) confirm and operate your transfer, (b) communicate with you about your booking, (c) issue receipts and invoices, (d) comply with legal obligations, and (e) improve our services.

3. Sharing

Your data is shared only with the driver assigned to your transfer and with payment processors when applicable. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Retention

Booking data is retained for 5 years to comply with Turkish tax and consumer-protection law, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. Your rights

Under KVKK (Turkish DPA) and GDPR (where applicable) you have the right to access, correct, port or erase your personal data. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for site functionality and language preference. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies without your explicit consent.
