What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Within 24 hours of pickup, a 50% charge applies (covers driver allocation). No-shows (passenger fails to appear at the airport) are charged in full. We waive cancellation fees for documented flight cancellations or medical emergencies.
