By booking a transfer with SooTransfer (TÜRSAB D-12490) you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. The confirmation contains the driver's name, vehicle plate and contact number.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in EUR, are per vehicle (not per person), include VAT, fuel, tolls, parking, meet & greet, child seats and waiting time. The price quoted at booking is final.

3. Payment

Payment is collected by the driver on arrival in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, TRY) or by credit/debit card. No prepayment is required unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged at 100%.

5. Waiting Time

For airport pickups we monitor your flight and adjust accordingly. Free waiting time is 60 minutes for international and 30 minutes for domestic flights.

6. Luggage

Each passenger may bring one standard suitcase (max 75×50×30 cm, 23 kg) and one piece of hand luggage. Oversized items must be declared at booking.

7. Conduct

Smoking, vaping and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.

8. Liability

SooTransfer carries full passenger insurance as required by Turkish law. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

9. Disputes

Turkish law governs these terms; any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Türkiye.
