The exact arrivals walk
Walk through passport control, collect your bags, exit through customs — and the meet & greet rail is directly on your left. Drivers hold A4 printed signs with passenger names. You'll usually see 20–30 drivers waiting; look for the SooTransfer logo on the sign.
What if I can't find my driver?
Call or WhatsApp the driver directly — the number is in the confirmation we send 12 hours before. If his phone is in his car, message our dispatch line (+90 551 464 26 32) and we connect you in 60 seconds.
We have never lost a guest in 12 years. Walk straight out of customs; the driver is there.
