Pets are welcome on SooTransfer rides — dogs and cats in proper carriers or harnesses. Vito is the preferred vehicle (more space, easier to clean) but Eco Van works for small pets. Service dogs always free with no advance notice. Veterinary certificates required by Turkish law for international entry.
Pets must be in an approved carrier or wear a harness/seatbelt. Cats: always in a carrier. Small dogs (<10kg): carrier or harness. Large dogs (>10kg): harness mandatory, carrier optional. Pet fee €5 for one pet, €10 for two — covers post-ride cleaning if needed.
Recognised service dogs (guide, hearing, medical alert) are free with no advance notice required. Companion / emotional support animals are charged the standard €5 pet fee.
